At Ivy Wander, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we are here to help.

Returns

• You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

• Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original method of payment (if applicable).

• Refunds apply only to the product cost; shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

• We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return your original order and place a new one.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items such as perishable goods, personal care products, or items marked as “final sale” cannot be returned or refunded.
